                    Chateau Laurou is located 20 miles north from Toulouse in the Fronton region, in the South West of France. Under the direction of winemaker Marie-Laure Charles, the was converted to Organic farming back in 2013. She takes pride in cultivating rare varietals such as Negrette to offer a truly unique style to her wines. The terroir is intensely linked to the two neighboring rivers, here we find clay & loam soils with lots of gravel, ideal for the growing of top quality grapes. The estate sees a perfect blend of oceanic influence, along with steady Mediterranean winds blowing from the East. Hot and dry summers in the region along with regular rainfall allow for perfect ripeness.
