The complex nose presents blackcurrant and native herbs with hints of pepper, mint and blackberry. Dry and fluid on the palate with grippy tannins. The flow is expansive while the finish is ripe, taut and fruity.

Somm Secret—DNA profiling in 1997 revealed that Cabernet Sauvignon was born from a spontaneous crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc in 17th century southwest France.
