Winemaker Notes
Produced from three small plots in the hills above La Orotava, this wine is both mineral and high-toned, while also showing plump rich fruit. Floral, almost exotic aromatics are present in the nose and lead into a mineral based, highly tense wine with bracing acidity. Very long and persistent.

There are hundreds of white grape varieties grown throughout the world. Some are indigenous specialties capable of producing excellent single varietal wines. Each has its own distinct viticultural characteristics, as well as aroma and flavor profiles.
Set of islands off the coast of Morocco and south of Madeira that host a wide range of indigenous and unique grape varieties. Soils are volcanic and recent subsidies from the local government has led to a revival of the islands’ old vines.
