The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc is beautifully poised with a complex array of flavours. Displaying fresh, lively gooseberry, grapefruit, guava and lime aromas with a touch of mineral. The palate is tightly woven with crisp, tangy tropical fruits countered with a lean racy finish and excellent fruit intensity. Fresh and mouth-filling, this wine has a juicy acidity that refreshes the palate.
A wine to be enjoyed over the next two to three years with any seafood or light white meat dishes.
