Winemaker Notes
Nose: The inviting bouquet shows fresh, vibrant, lifted berry Cabernet with raspberry and cherry fruit characters backed by subtle, sweet vanillin oak.
Palate: This medium to full bodied red has delicious, ripe plum flavours filling out the palate with lovely rich Langhorne Creek fruit flavours offering a regional stamp. Beautifully balanced and structured, it has an appealing, soft mouthfeel and great palate length, with finely grained tannins providing support on the finish.
Serving and cellaring suggestions: Whilst it is excellent for current drinking, this wine will continue to evolve and develop with short to medium term cellaring. It is ideal with a juicy steak, roast lamb or aged cheddar cheeses.
