Winemaker Notes
Nose: The bouquet displays great elegance with delicate fruit complexed by rich, yeasty, baked-bread characters from four years on yeast lees. The lifted fruit characters highlight the importance of blending the classic varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from diverse cool climate regions.
Palate: The palate is full flavoured and beautifully balanced with an excellent level of acidity and a lovely, long, dry finish. A rich creaminess, depth of fruit and complex yeast characters fill out the palate, in keeping with great méthode champenoise wines.
Serving and cellaring suggestions: The wine is ready for immediate enjoyment. It is an ideal aperitif, as well as a superb match with canapés, delicately flavoured, savoury dishes or desserts.
