Rosemount Estate Sauvignon Blanc has a pale yellow-green appearance. On the nose, bright gooseberry fruit and fresh-cut grass characters are evident with hints of ripening tomatoes. The palate is bone dry, with crisp, zesty fruit delivering a peak of lively flavour. Kiwi and passionfruit characters lend an almost spicy zeal to the vibrant, fresh finish.
