- G.D. Vajra Dolcetto d'Alba
Dolcetto is the flagship grape of Piedmont because the beguiling sweetness of its fruit is perfectly balanced by its ripe tannins, which make for a magical food wine that just comes alive at the table and brings everything else along with it. Deep violet in color, the nose is of red and wild berries leaning to cherries w some herbal notes. The gentle tannins are a perfect match for the moderate, but very fresh acidity. - Marchesi di Barolo Barbera d'Alba Ruvei
Barbera is a wine to accompany a meal from start to end, complete in every occasion. The color is a vivid ruby with purple nuances. The aroma is fresh, with fruity notes reminiscent of blackberry and red berries jam, and spicy scents of vanilla and roasted hazelnuts. The taste is full and enveloping, with a very slight acid note. The woody notes merge well with the other flavors. - Renato Ratti Ochetti Nebbiolo
Attracting the most glory, prestige and fame to the Piedmont region, Nebbiolo in all of its expressions creates a complex wine, truly unique for its delicate qualities combined with strength and a great potential to improve over time. This wine is suitable for grilled and spit-roasted red meats, game, fondue with truffles, agnolotti, white and red meat dishes of the great cuisine with spicy sauces.
