Winemaker Notes
Pale straw in color with a tinge of green. Fresh and zesty aromas of passionfruit, lemongrass and freshly cut hay. Light-bodied showing layers of fresh citrus and papaya flavors. Fine, crunchy acidity on the finish is persistent and utterly delicious when paired with a summer salad and vinaigrette dressing.
You can also enjoy it with grilled chicken, fresh leafy greens, tomato and grilled vegetable pasta.

Attractive, bright passion-fruit and lime-citrus aromas here. The palate has fresh elegance with low alcohol (10.5%) and there’s a fresh, dry finish with a handy textural edge. Great value.

Though it can vary depending on where it is grown, a couple of commonalities always exist—namely, zesty acidity and intense aromatics. This variety is of French provenance. Somm Secret—Along with Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc is a proud parent of Cabernet Sauvignon. That green bell pepper aroma that all three varieties share is no coincidence—it comes from a high concentration of pyrazines (herbaceous aromatic compounds) inherent to each member of the family.
