Winemaker Notes

Deep ruby purple with hints of crimson, this wine displays lifted Cabernet aromas of blackcurrant, tomato leaf and plums with suggestions of blackberries, cedar and violets. The palate is elegantly structured with layers of berry fruits, anise and fruit pastille. A silky sweet texture to the mid palate is balance with great structure and a soft tannin finish. Synergy and elegance. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
