This blend from Central Victoria includes shiraz from cool-climate sites as well as fruit from some warmer vineyards. It comes together in a wine that's both vibrant and velvety. The bold fruit feels juicy and gentle as it cushions the sanguine, iron-rich briskness of the tannins. It's smooth and remarkably easy to drink.
