Mountain Dome's multi-vintage Brut is a blend of six separate vintages. They were fermented in small French oak barrels and aged in the bottle for 4 years before disgorging. This gives the wine a complex bouquet and rich taste. The gnomes on the label reflects our families belief that everyone needs a sparkle in their lives.
