This wine shows exuberant aromas of baked cherry, gingerbread, clove, cardamom and vanilla on the rich, heady nose. It tightens up on the sip to focus on thyme, oregano, rose petals and potpourri flavors, though the vanilla and cherry do flash on the finish.
