Winemaker Notes
There are hundreds of white grape varieties grown throughout the world. Some are indigenous specialties capable of producing excellent single varietal wines. Each has its own distinct viticultural characteristics, as well as aroma and flavor profiles.
Bordered to the east by Salinas Valley and to the west by the Santa Lucia Mountains, San Antonio Valley has a climate similar to that of Paso Robles and is known for its Bordeaux and Rhone varieties.
