Light yellow to the eye, this wine has aromas of Bartlett pear, dried thyme and jasmine. It is bright at first sip and offers toasted pineapple, cantaloupe, slivered almond and crumbled sage leaf flavors. A touch of flint lingers on the palate.

Blueberries, honey, thyme, blackcurrants and licorice on the nose. Very fresh with a medium body, supple tannins and juicy, youthful finish. From organically grown grapes. No sulfites added.
Grenache thrives in any warm, Mediterranean climate where ample sunlight allows its clusters to achieve full phenolic ripeness. Somm Secret—The Italian island of Sardinia produces bold, rustic, single varietal Grenache (there called Cannonau). California, Washington and Australia have achieved found success with Grenache, both flying solo and in blends.
