Kempton Clark M.A.D. Zinfandel 1999

MAD Zin (an acronym for Mutiple Appellation Designate) is a delicious blend of grapes from a variety of California appellation. 85% of the blend is Zinfandel from Cucamonga Valley and the Dunnigan Hills. We blend in 12% Petite Sirah from Paso Robles to add bright fruit flavors and robust tannins. The 3% Alicante Bouschet from an old-vine vineyard in Lodi adds rich, deep color.
