Production Area: From vineyards in Cairanne, Rasteau and Vacqueyras in Southern Rhône Valley.
Grape Varieties: 70% Clairette/Grenache, 30 % Viognier/Roussanne
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked and fermented at low-temperature in stainless steel tanks.
