Winemaker Notes

The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant ruby in color. Wonderfully fragrant, with a lifted nose of black cherries, mulberries and plums, complemented by spicy oak characters of tobacco and vanilla. The palate displays plummy, blackcurrant jam notes with a hint of mocha. A rich, textural wine, with savory, fine-grain tannins and fresh acidity. Medium bodied, the 2009 release will age gracefully for up to 5 years.

Blend: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
