Evangelos Gerovassiliou's malagousia is one of the most sumptuous examples of the grape variety. The 2014 has ripened Into apricot and passion fruit tones, the flavors carried on a silken texture. A slight bitterness, akin to pear skin, works in tandem with the acidity to make this vintage particularly mouthwatering.
