This mouthwatering sparkler integrates buoyant acidity with a fine, lacy texture, showing a pleasing range of crushed blackberry, poached apricot, orange curd and chopped almond flavors. A streak of salty minerality offers a tangy presence throughout, while accents of lemon oil, candied ginger and fresh thyme play on the finish. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now through 2030. 1,500 cases made, 200 cases imported.

This is very clean and delicate, with aromas of fresh lemons, nectarines, peach pits and crushed stones. Medium-bodied with a fine mousse and a polished texture. Crisp and fresh with a crunchy aftertaste. Really attractive and refreshing.

The 2020 Extra Brut Alta Langa opens with an understated blend of white flowers, freshly sliced pears and hints of spice. It’s lively on the palate, silken and round, with a creamy bead of bubbles and ripe orchard fruits that soothe the senses. This finishes with a gentle flinty mineral tinge and medium-length as a twang of lemon oil and ginger slowly fade.
Representing the topmost expression of a Champagne house, a vintage Champagne is one made from the produce of a single, superior harvest year. Vintage Champagnes account for a mere 5% of total Champagne production and are produced about three times in a decade. Champagne is typically made as a blend of multiple years in order to preserve the house style; these will have non-vintage, or simply, NV on the label. The term, "vintage," as it applies to all wine, simply means a single harvest year.
