The juicy and varietal 2019 Malbec was produced with grapes from vines at 1,700 meters in altitude in Cafayate and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. The wine has a traditional profile and the process was also quite traditional; it matured in used oak barrels for 12 months. It's soft and approachable, ripe without excess with mellow acidity. 6
