Selection of ripe grapes and extremely fine botrytis results in an extremely clear and delicately intense bouquet with exotic aromas of passion fruit and mango. In the mouth it appears very compact and concentrated, extremely precise and delicate. The bridge is a refined and pure selection with an extremely salty, lively, long and energetic finish, accompanied by the finest Riesling acidity. The noble Botrytis can only be sensed by a subtle note of honey.
