    Winemaker Notes

From the Roditis grape, this wine has medium acidity and a medium body. On the nose you’ll detect a hint of mandarin orange zest, flowers and honeysuckle. You will love the taste of this dry, aromatic wine with a long fruity finish. Especially alongside fish, poultry, or a soft cheese plate.

The whole family has worked in the vineyards. First the grandfathers, his son, Christos followed by his sons Periklis and Stelios the "magicians" who currently run the winery. They own about 32 acres of vineyards made up of Roditis Alepou, Malagousia and Chardonnay for the whites and Negoska, Xinomavro, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cinsaut for the reds.

Since 1998 Periklis and Stergios started abandoning any use of chemicals in the vineyards and winery and began cultivating according to the rules of organic farming. In 2002 they started experimenting and finally implementing several principles of biodynamic agriculture.
