Winemaker Notes

The nose has nice fruity notes, citrus fruit not without a certain minerality. The palate is in harmony with the aromas of the nose, there are fruity notes, some citrus notes. The length in the mouth will delight fans of large white Burgundies.

Because of its complexity, it pairs well with crustaceans and white meats in sauce.
