Winemaker Notes
This wine displays a brilliant deep red color and a seductive nose with aromas of ripe raspberry, cherry, violets, and subtle herbs and spices. Silky and well-balanced, it features refreshing acidity and fine tannins, with red fruit, herb, and spice notes complemented by a hint of oak that persist through the finish. It pairs beautifully with charcuterie, grilled poultry, and pork.
