Shiny jewel tone ruby red greets the eye, appearing light and transparent suggesting a lithe and elegant Pinot Noir. Blue edges compliment a gorgeous candied pink hue. The nose shows off juicy red berries and strawberry, sweet basil, pomegranate, red plum, rosemary, lemon thyme, fennel, cumin seed, pink pepper corn and slight teriyaki. The palate strikes with rich texture and balance composed of raspberry, red plum skin, coffee bean, earthy chocolate, dried rose petal, bergamot tea leaf and chantarelle mushroom. Smooth and relaxed and pure joy in the glass.
