Winemaker Notes
A clean, concentrated floral nose reminiscent of elder and acacia flower with hint of sage; fresh and distinctive on palate with nicely rounded fruit, light oak spice and a crisp finish.

This cool and elegant sauvignon blanc has stunning freshness and is just beginning its long life. So many subtle aromatic nuances, ranging from fresh Thai basil to lemon juice, honeysuckle and melon. Long, very clean finish with so much drive and wet-stone character. Drink or hold.

Somm Secret—Along with Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc is a proud parent of Cabernet Sauvignon. That green bell pepper aroma that all three varieties share is no coincidence—it comes from a high concentration of pyrazines (herbaceous aromatic compounds) inherent to each member of the family.
