Winemaker Notes
The Sauvignon grapes are selected from four different vineyards in Trentino. Each vineyard is considered of the highest quality thanks in large part to the cool climate, long hours of sunshine, and great soil composition. Low yields result in a wine of great richness and intensity which simply explodes with flavors in the mouth. The wine is yellow in color with greenish highlights. It is typical of this vine that is characterized with a delicate bouquet with fruity notes that remind one of apples. On the palate, it has great structure bringing out the typical acidic and lively notes of the Sauvignon.

The Pizzolo family intends to maintain the excellent reputation of the Ca' Montini brand name, a traditional quality wine maker. Ca' Montini wines are well known throughout the world, and are served in the most exclusive restaurants.
Located in Marano di Valpolicella (Verona), in the heart of the' Amarone Classico' production area, Ca' Montini works closely with local wine makers to find the best vineyards and technology (traditional in its approach, modern in its efficiency). The entire wine making process is monitored by experts from the vineyard, through harvesting to pressing and vinifying. Ca' Montini produces fine vintages and quality wines for demanding tastes.
