Strikingly pure Sauvignon Blanc with crystalline structure, aromas of acacia flower, kiwi, lime and flavors of sweet grass, gooseberries and nettles. Clean, well balanced acidity with a long, mineral finish.
The Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from three different plots of Collio Orientali del Friuli. Two of them are particularly cool sites and another one is warmer with relatively low yielding, old vines. Combining these three vineyard sourcings creates a very complete and well-balanced wine.
