The purple-colored 2007 Bremerview Shiraz, a wine aged in oak for 12 months. The nose exhibits spice box, cedar, game, blueberry, and a hint of mint. Layered, savory, intense, and well-balanced, this lengthy effort will be fun to drink over the next 4 years. It is a super value in Shiraz.
