A cool and very well-structured village wine with plenty of chalky character, around which plenty of mirabelle fruit is wrapped, also notes of fresh mint and pineapple. Impressive concentration and structure makes this a very serious village wine. Bone dry and not for the faint of heart. Long, powerful finish.
