Winemaker Notes
Aromas of sage and elderflower reminiscent of those "green" vintages of the 70s and early 80s, though this is much riper tasting and entirely more polished. The wine is quite savory and tasty.
There are hundreds of white grape varieties grown throughout the world. Some are indigenous specialties capable of producing excellent single varietal wines. Each has its own distinct viticultural characteristics, as well as aroma and flavor profiles.
