Winemaker Notes
This Aleph captures the essence of Malbec's inherent qualities and its varietal characteristics, revealing natural fruity sumptuousness, intense color, and solid structure. The result is a big, violet- colored wine that has multiple layers o f texture and complexity, while maintaining an effortless elegance. Ripe tannins, intriguing fruit, earthy spice notes, very subtle influences of French oak, as well as a long, harmonious and surprising finish complete this wine.
We recommend aerating the Aleph Malbec using a decanter for at least 30 minutes prior to its enjoyment. Drink the Aleph Malbec now or cellar it for another five years.

Most distinguished and celebrated from Argentina’s Mendoza, Malbec has seen runaway success since the early 2000s. Mendoza’s agreeable, continental climate with hot, dry summers and cold snowy winters allows the perfect conditions for growing outstanding Malbec. This grape is easy to like for its lusty, deep flavors and aromas of blackberry, plum, red cherry, autumn spice and tilled earth. It’s easy to find delicious, fruit-driven, affordable everyday examples and in prices beyond, quite exceptional ones with dense, supple textures that make them capable of aging.
