This Dry Riesling is a beautiful wine aromatically showing notes of white flowers, ginger and Meyer lemon. On the palate, you will find flavors of lemon and Key lime as well as a light mineral character, backed by a lively, crisp, sleek texture.

First, look for the world “trocken.” (“Halbtrocken” or “feinherb” mean off-dry.) Also a higher abv usually indicates a drier Riesling.
