Description
Wine Gift Set Includes:
- Chateau Prieure de Beyzac
Beware, this 2018 is an accessible jewel with a deep color with ruby tints. The nose is complex with aromas of pure and black fruits and fine toasted notes. A lot of pleasure on the palate with a perfect balance between acidity, alcohol and silky tannins. The length is immense, reflecting a gigantic vintage. - Willamette Valley Vineyards Whole Cluster Pinot Noir
Ruby red in the glass with aromas of dried dark cherries, cinnamon and cranberry. The palate is dry with fresh acidity, a light body and integrated tannins. Cherry, leather and tobacco add rich fruit notes, creating a juicy and layered flavor to the Pinot Noir. - Rodney Strong Alexander Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
This powerful Cabernet Sauvignon from the hillsides of Alexander Valley has aromas of lush red plum and dark berries that dominate the glass, while hints of cassis and milk chocolate play in the background. - Yealands Estate Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
Medium lemon yellow in color, the Yealands Estate Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc offers abundant flavors of snow pea, passionfruit, and blackcurrant leaf, with undertones of ripe tropical notes. The palate is generous and textured, with a distinctive mineral finish. - Elk Cove Pinot Gris
The Willamette Valley has the perfect climate for this delicate cool weather white wine. Elk Cove has enough sunlight and warmth for ripening, but their cool evenings help retain varietal character and prevent over-ripening. They whole-cluster press their Pinot Gris grapes, then ferment the juice at very cool temperatures in small stainless steel tanks. This gentle treatment protects the aromatic qualities and enhances the natural richness of the Pinot Gris grapes, creating their most popular white wine. - Chalk Hill Sonoma Coast Chardonnay
The Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is bright, forward, balanced and approachable. Enticing aromas of apple, peach, vanilla, and spice are lifted by elegant floral characters. With its cool-climate influences, this chardonnay has remarkable varietal intensity, balanced acidity and mineral notes on the long finish.
Due to the popularity of this gift, wines or vintages sometimes sell out. Should this happen, we will always substitute with wines of equal or greater value.

Chalk Hill Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2023
Zesty and bright aromas of grapefruit, lemons, green apples and kaffir limes. The medium-bodied palate has focused acidity and a generous mouthfeel. Very linear and mineral with an underlying tension.

Chateau Prieure de Beyzac 2018 Sweet red cherry and vanilla nose. It's forward and has energy, tannic weight, freshness and very glossy fruit and oak on the palate.

Rodney Strong Alexander Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
A deep purple/red hue, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley has the addition of a small amount of Malbec and Merlot and is the culmination of what does not go into their top-tier wines. Both red and black fruit shine in its lovely aromatics, with notes of black raspberries, redcurrants, vanilla, sweet herbs, and candied violets. The palate is full and lush, with ripe tannins and a coating texture, but it never feels heavy and has a kiss of ripe fruit through the finish. It’s a generous Cabernet with a bit of a confected feel, but it’s quite appealing.

The palate is bright and crunchy, with a rounded mouthfeel and finely tuned tannins. Such a lovely, fruit-driven wine with a savory undertone.

Elk Cove Pinot Gris 2023
Always a standard bearer, the latest Pinot Gris from Elk Cove is excellent. Fresh-grated lemon zest and orange blossom aromas are accented by a wee bit of wet slate. The wine, which was whole-cluster pressed and cold fermented in small stainless steel tanks, possesses flavors ranging from grapefruit lightly sprinkled in sugar to a green apple gummy bear.
