The "Lou Pontias" is all from the best parel selections around the villages of Puymeras with plantings up to 400m of altitude and Richerenches which is famed for its sunny hillsides. Each grape is fermented in tank individually and the best tanks for each variety are chosen for the Lou Pontias.
