Your Red Wine Style is Full-Bodied & Fruit-Forward

You love full-bodied and fruity wines because of their bold, sumptuous fruit flavors and unctuous mouthfeel. The fruit profile in these wines is ripe, baked and jammy, with a rich and opulent structure that makes them the perfect match for grilled or roasted meat. If you are a fan of full and fruity wines, you’ll find yourself sipping varietal wines like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz and Zinfandel from regions like California, Washington, Australia and South America.

Here are 3 of my favorites, all under $30!

Bold, black fruits dominate the aromas and flavors in this full-bodied wine from the warm vineyards of Paso Robles. Rich, ripe fruits like blackberry and plum are backed by a fine tannin structure. Baking spices and well-integrated oak add layers and texture.

Full of concentrated red and purple fruits, like cherry and plum, this luscious wine has a spicy backbone as well. Soft tannins and a dark chocolate undertone support the supple generous mouthfeel of this incredible value wine.

Sipping this wine is like tasting a ripe, rich fruit compote, full of raspberry, blackberry, boysenberry and cherry. Layers of fruit mingle with hints of mint, lavender, chocolate and spice. Soft and round tannins are well-integrated into this decadent wine. It is all too-easy sipping!
