Valentine's Day Cocktails & Pairings

1 1/2 oz The Countess Walewska Vodka
1/2 oz Guyot Creme de Cassis
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup

Add vodka, creme de cassis, simple syrup and fruit juices to a mixing pint. Shake with an iced tin. Strain into glassware and garnish with a lemon twist.

1.5 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
1.5 oz Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
3 oz hibiscus tea, chilled
1 tsp simple syrup, optional

Add vodka, orange liqueur and tea to a glass with ice. Stir and add simple syrup to taste.

1 oz Pür•Spirits Aperitivo Zamaro
1 oz Square One Bergamot Vodka
Le Grand Courtage Brut Rose
Juice of half a lemon

Add pür•spirits aperitivo zamaro, the bergamot vodka and lemon juice to a champagne glass and top with Le Grand Courtage.
