Pale yellow with straw green hues and brilliant clarity, the Yarra Burn Chardonnay shows melon and stone fruit with cracked yeast and citrus overtones. The palate displays a fruit driven yet complex wine with great texture and mouthfeel. Balanced fine acid gives a lingering finish. This wine will improve with careful cellaring for 3-5 years.
This wine is ideal when accompanied with baked snapper and seared scallops.
