Winemaker Notes
A brilliant, pale and clear color with flashes of green. The bouquet is lifted with noes of passionfruit and lime with mixed tropical fruits. A mouthwatering palate, balancing zesty lime, green apple, pithy grapefruit with sweet passion fruit and tropical notes for a bright, fresh and clean finish.

This is tight up front, with green notes of persimmon and lime, then it opens and broadens, with notes of herbs and vibrant acidity balancing the fruit ripeness. It’s sappy and bright, ready to lift the flavors of a roast chicken.
Capable of a vast array of styles, Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, refreshing variety that equally reflects both terroir and varietal character. Known for opulent red wines with intense power and concentration, McLaren Vale is home to perhaps the most “classic” style of Australian Shiraz. Vinified on its own or in Rhône Blends, these hot-climate wines are deeply colored and high in extract with signature hints of dark chocolate and licorice. Cabernet Sauvignon is also produced in a similar style.
Whites, often made from Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc tend to be opulent and full of tropical, stone and citrus fruit.
