Westland Sherry Wood is our interpretation of one of the world’s most popular styles of Single Malt Whiskey. Using our five-malt spirit to complement the vibrant sherry influence of the casks we ship whole from Spain, we create a whiskey that is decadent but still gives the barley an equal voice; something rarely done in Scotland.
A popular favorite among emerging niche categories of American Whiskies, American Single Malts now compete with the best from Scotland, Ireland and Japan. American Single Malt Whiskeys must be mashed, distilled and matured at a single distillery and made entirely from malted barley.
