Light bone to straw in colour, shines like a brilliant diamond. The bouquet displays essence of lime and lemons, with an interesting gooseberry note, there is a mineral/ flinty element that is backed by some musky and mealy notes. The palate is concentrated, viscous and deep, starting out with a burst of pure fruit rolling along to a lovely seamless structure with bountiful acid, finishing long and bone dry.
