Winemaker Notes

Light to medium straw in color, the nose is mature tropical fruit with hints of green apple, cantaloupe, banana and yeast with a hint of oak. Mouthfeel is medium to full with well-balanced acid showing up front, with a nice balance of yeast and oak in the back. A delightfully approachable wine, and surprisingly sophisticated; we think you will be very pleased with this release.
