A stunning first-ever Joven bottled under the Siembra Valles label. This limited release is a 2-month Reposado rested in American & French Oak blended with Blanco. The Siembra Spirits Aniversario series is an annual release of unique and carefully selected Tequilas showcasing the most outstanding examples of traditional production. As a tribute to Destileria Cascahuin founder Salvador Rosales Briseño, his image is featured on the front label.
First produced in the 16th century when Spanish conquistadors ran short of Brandy on their expedition to the New World, Tequila is made by distilling the juice from the heart of the blue agave plant that grows in Jalisco, Mexico. Tequilas can range from clear and unaged, known as Blanco, to darker, barrel-aged Reposado, Anejo and Extra Anejo. Popularized as the essential ingredient to the refreshing Margarita, it is also commonly enjoyed neat or with a side of lime and salt.
