An estate level Riesling—all of Diel’s vineyards are on steep, south-facing slopes with high proportions of slate. The wine is spontaneously fermented in traditional barrels with extended lees aging in stainless steel tank.

First, look for the world “trocken.” (“Halbtrocken” or “feinherb” mean off-dry.) Also a higher abv usually indicates a drier Riesling.
