Winemaker Notes
Aromas reminiscent of apricots and peach, charming fruit concentration with a certain flintiness. Brilliant juiciness, elegant body and a long stunning finish.
A perfect aperitif, but also delicious with a range of appetizers and fish dishes.

This sparkler feels regal in its golden-hued flavors, from notes of peach and russet apple to mushrooms and puff pastry—a complexity earned during six years on its lees. Citrusy energy keeps the wine feeling fresh, while the gentle bubbles give it a sense of nonchalant opulence. If you’re looking for a sprightly sparkling wine, look elsewhere; if you want sumptuous, toasty elegance to pour with dinner, this will do well.
Representing the topmost expression of a Champagne house, a vintage Champagne is one made from the produce of a single, superior harvest year. Vintage Champagnes account for a mere 5% of total Champagne production and are produced about three times in a decade. Champagne is typically made as a blend of multiple years in order to preserve the house style; these will have non-vintage, or simply, NV on the label. The term, "vintage," as it applies to all wine, simply means a single harvest year.
