Honey blonde with hues of light amber. Black pepper and spice on the nose with underlying aromas of oak and vanilla. Sweet caramel notes emerge from the bourbon. The front palate begins with the same nice rye notes that you get from the nose and then rises into the bourbon spectrum with a very well-balanced oak and cherry flavor. The long and mellow finish offers sweeter notes due to the 9 year-old bourbon. Oak, cherry, and cinnamon linger on the palate.

Made in the style of true pre-prohibition rye, Redemption drinks well neat or on the rocks, but it also shines in any classic cocktail such as a Manhattan, Old Fashioned, or Sazerac.
Capturing a broad range in one category, American Whiskey refers to any spirit made in America by distilling a mash of fermented grains—typically corn, wheat, rye or barley. American Whiskey must be distilled to no more than 95% alcohol and bottled at 40% or higher. In order to be labeled a straight Whiskey, it also must be aged in white oak barrels for a minimum of two years and not contain any added colors or flavors.
