Pago Cimera Malbec is deep purple in color, with flavors of black cherry, spice, dried fig and anise. On the palate, it is round and supple, with soft tannins.

Pairs well with steak, pulled pork, BBQ lamb or braised beef.

The terroir has a distinctive exposure to sun and stony soils watered with natural Andean snow.
