From a historic estate in the Riverina, a massive inland region in the southwest corner of New South Wales, this is a dense powerful Cab flush with ripe plums and blackberries, peppery spice, charred root vegetables, dusty dried green herbs and a lick of cola oak. The plump fruit on the palate is cinched by powerful sinewy tannins.
