Winemaker Notes
Aromas of apple peel, wild herbs, orange zest and a wonderful interplay of fruit and acid make this wine a real classic. The Rheinberg Kabinett comes entirely from the quartz dominated higher sections of the Rheinberg hill, facing south east. Vines are around 25 years old with much of the vineyard planted in the 1990s.
Pairs well with Thai curry, Vietnamese mango salad, and kimchi.

First, look for the world “trocken.” (“Halbtrocken” or “feinherb” mean off-dry.) Also a higher abv usually indicates a drier Riesling.
